This is where the entire narrative gets twisted, so grab your notes. Most people assume that when the Law of Attraction tells you to focus on your thoughts, it means your thoughts. Wrong. Why bother separating? Because the more distance you put between yourself and that autonomous mind, the faster you gain control over the patterns and types of thoughts it generates. Until you can get a hold of that “factory” (the mind) that is constantly generating content, you simply cannot choose your thoughts. Once you realize you aren’t the thinker, you can begin the necessary two-step process: quieting down that thinking machine and then deliberately choosing the thoughts you want to think—like, “I am a superhuman,” or “I am powerful,” or “I am creating my reality”.

The Law of Attraction Needs Consistency, Not Vibes

Many people struggle because they skip the most important part: sustaining the frequency. The general flow is thought leading to action leading to result. But the energy link is emotion—which is literally energy in motion. That high-frequency emotion must be held long enough throughout the day.

Here’s the massive fail point: You might get hyper-aware and decide to meditate, quiet the mind, choose positive thoughts, and send them to the emotional body for 5 minutes, or maybe even an hour, in a 24-hour cycle. But what about the remaining 16, 18, or 20 hours you’re awake? If you’re controlling your thoughts and deliberately choosing your feelings for just one hour, that’s simply not enough to counteract the other hours where the thinking machine is running wild.

The rest of the time, the uncontrolled mind is taking over, polluting your frequency with negative self-talk: “I hate my life,” “Why did they get more than me?”.

The universe operates on frequency, and feelings are the ultimate frequency generators. Emotion (Energy in Motion) is the part where the energy is actually created for you to take action.

It’s essential to remember that the Law of Attraction, unlike our human minds, doesn’t understand negativity. If you state, “I don’t want to be fat,” the Law of Attraction only registers “fat”. If you say, “I no longer want to be poor,” it only registers “poor”. It literally doesn’t hear your “no’s” or process the negative phrasing. Furthermore, the weight of your words pales in comparison to the weight of your emotion. If you say, “I never get rich,” but you’re laughing about it and genuinely feeling good (even if sarcastically), the universe picks up on the positive feeling and the keyword “rich”. Therefore, your emotional state is far more important than the exact words you are using.

As a creator, we often lack the skill or dedication to fully define the reality we want. Manifesting Your 90-Year-Old Self
